The innovation marketplace is a service that allows for "open innovation" with the goal of accurately and efficiently connecting buyers and sellers in the innovation marketplace.

On January 14, 2009, the Commission on the Future of Economic Development delivered its report: "Economic Vitality, Security and Opportunity for All Vermonters" to the state legislature. This report contains the goals and strategies developed and unanimously supported by members of the commission.
