The innovation marketplace is a service that allows for "open innovation" with the goal of accurately and efficiently connecting buyers and sellers in the innovation marketplace.

Current state balance woes have meant state revenues and expenditures are coming under increased scrutiny. Yet while jobs are being placed in peril and tax hikes seem inevitable, very little attention has been placed on the liabilities for taxpayers brought on by mandatory expenditures from state employee and teacher retirement plans and other post-retirement benefits.
David Coates has put together a presentation named "Dangerous Trends" that outlines the unsustainable path of spending, as well as an op-ed that was featured in our March 26th, 2009 blog posting.
